Power Dynamics in Tech Recruiting

Having been a tech recruiter myself, I can speak to the increasing complexity of navigating the tech talent pool. Expectations have changed drastically in a short time – remote, or at the very least, hybrid, work options have become expected components of the job, and with so many qualified engineers, sales and leadership candidates in the market, recruiters are now at the mercy of candidates.
