Full-Time MBA

The Full-Time MBA program of the Gabelli School of Business is a flagship two-year program in management and leadership.

The program is designed to be transformational. A smartly planned core curriculum solidifies a business foundation. Then, starting the second semester, high-level electives begin to develop the specialized expertise that employers want. Students have a choice of eight primary concentrations and seven secondary concentrations to customize their degree.

Thanks to our small class size and collaborative approach, students quickly learn from the experiences of their peers—including Professional MBAs, who can enhance their perspective by bringing real-world education to every class.

The Full-Time MBA combines industry-inspired hands-on coursework, individualized attention, and extraordinary network development—all in the heart of New York City.

CDC Programming:

Career Coaching Program with Second-Year Mentors
The career coaching program matches full-time first-year MBA students with second-year students who have professional or internship experience in a relevant industry or job function. Second-year mentors lead career groups of three to four first-year students.

Alumni Networking Program
The Gabelli School of Business Career Network connects on an ad-hoc basis MBA students to Fordham alumni who have volunteered to act as career resources.

Mock Interview Program
Full-time MBA students have multiple opportunities to hone their interviewing skills as part of the CDC’s Mock Interview Program. These include:

  • A required mock interview with a career advisor as part of the initial advising session

  • Subsequent follow-up mock interviews, scheduled individually with a career advisor

  • Mock Interviewing Series with alumni and industry professionals

  • Small-group mock interviews, which provide an opportunity to engage in mock interviews outside of the traditional one-on-one format
